Reports and decision records

A decision record, not another dashboard.

Mechanus IQ is designed to preserve why a finding mattered, who had authority, what action followed, and what evidence changed the record.

Record anatomy

Six parts make a decision reviewable.

The report is designed to carry context forward instead of flattening the result into a metric or score.

  1. 01

    Source

Identify the authorized export or document and the exact fields that support the finding.

  2. 02

    Formula and exclusions

Record the calculation, units, inputs, and exclusions so unsupported value stays out.

  3. 03

    Authority

Name the dealer-assigned role and signed-workflow authority for the decision.

  4. 04

    Action

Preserve the corrective or preventive action selected by the authorized dealer role.

  5. 05

    Review state

Show whether the record is open, under review, corrected, verified, held, or missing evidence.

  6. 06

    Correction and dispute

Keep version history, reviewer disposition, and any open dispute instead of replacing the prior record.

Recovery Receipt

Designed. Not presented as live outcome evidence.

The Recovery Receipt is the intended outcome-reconstruction record. It can organize the source, correction, counterparty instrument or books entry, reviewer decision, and dispute state. Its design does not prove that a dealer recovery occurred, and it does not create a fee or invoice.
