01Rooftop pricing

Store size sets the retainer.

MIQ prices the rooftop by retail volume.

The signed statement of work controls the operating scope.

02Monthly retainers

Three bands. One standard.

The band sets price only. It does not change the evidence standard or promise a different outcome.

  1. 01Core

    $2,500

    per month · per rooftop

    Under 75units retailed
    per month

Built for a smaller rooftop. The evidence standard does not change with store size.

  2. 02Growth

    $5,000

    per month · per rooftop

    75-199units retailed
    per month

Built for a mid-volume rooftop. The signed scope, not the tier name, defines the work.

  3. 03Flagship

    $8,500

    per month · per rooftop

    200+units retailed
    per month

Built for a high-volume rooftop. Findings never re-price the monthly retainer.

03Measurement window

Count complete months.

Use the trailing 12 full calendar months ending the month before signing. If fewer exist, use every full month available, with a minimum of three.

01Count

Eligible new and used retail deals, including fleet and motorized or towable RVs.

02Remove

Wholesale disposals, dealer trades, and inter-company transfers.

03Average

Divide by the number of full months without rounding.

04Contract boundary

Price and scope stay separate.

Price

Volume sets the band.

The contracted retainer is fixed at signing and is not re-billed against realized recovery.

Scope

The signed SOW sets the work.

The signed SOW alone defines entities, data sources, deliverables, monitoring cadence, SOP work, integrations, and exclusions.

Read the operating boundary

A tier name sets price only; scope and capability activation stay governed by the signed SOW.

Authorized batch monitoring follows a dealer-controlled review cadence. Every material finding inside the signed scope carries evidence requirements.

05Group scale

More rooftops. One clear schedule.

Discounts apply to the sum of rooftop prices.

06Proof and exit boundary

Evidence shows the work. It does not rewrite the fee.

The Recovery Receipt is designed to show how money landed or a books correction posted. Findings and recovery evidence remain proof, not a billing formula.

Recovery proof

  • The numbered finding and source rows behind it.
  • The formula, annualization basis, confidence basis, and exclusions.
  • The corrective action or SOP record.
  • The instrument showing money landed or the books correction posted.
  • The review status and any unresolved dispute.
