Recognition and people

Recognize the process, not the person.

The recognition layer is designed to make verified operating improvement visible without turning dealership staff into a public leaderboard.

People boundary

Improvement without surveillance theatre.

The design separates the proof of a better process from the management of an individual employee.

Rule 01

Store-level proof

Recognition is designed around a verified store outcome or gate-confirmed prevention, not an individual ranking.

Rule 02

Team-framed recognition

Recognition objects are designed to use a minimum cohort of five and keep per-person findings out of the recognition surface.

Rule 03

Separate management path

Individual coaching signals remain in the dealer management-review chain and do not become public or staff-facing recognition.

Rule 04

No employment consequence

Recognition is not designed to feed pay, discipline, employment decisions, invoices, points, spiffs, or dollar leaderboards.

People controls

Five controls stand between a result and a person.

Every one of these holds before a result becomes recognition, and the dealer authorizes each of them.

  1. Control 01Dealer-authorized purpose and audience
  2. Control 02Store-level, team-framed output
  3. Control 03Minimum cohort and suppression rules
  4. Control 04Separation from pay and discipline
  5. Control 05Verified outcome or active-gate prevention record

Next decision

See where accountability starts.

Recognition begins after the operating decision and its evidence are clear. Gates define that earlier boundary.
