Mechanus IQ processes authorized operational exports through two controls: the MIQ-built dealer-side tool removes personal information before upload, and MIQ intake independently rejects detectable personal information before storage. Export templates are designed to exclude customer names, contact details, and SINs. Employee names, DMS user IDs, and personnel codes are not accepted on the operational upload path; any staff-coded workflow is activated only under separate written approval. Business-contact and security metadata remain governed by the privacy policy and signed agreements. Client data is not used for model training by default; any controlled-learning exception requires written authority, signals proven eligible under the governed intake and privacy controls, and documented contractual controls.

BC Consumer Protection Act

Disclosure workflow gates are designed to support dealer-side review obligations, not route around them. Where the signed workflow authorizes that gate path, the SOP gating layer is designed to capture disclosure evidence before a deal finalizes, giving the dealer a clearer review trail without guaranteeing a legal outcome.

Reliance boundary

Mechanus IQ can help detect, organize, and evidence operational exceptions. It does not replace a dealer's counsel, auditor, regulator-facing judgment, or reporting obligations. High-impact actions should not rely on MIQ output alone.
